This year has been particularly dizzying. I lived moments that made me stop for several months to turn to myself. Many things inside me changed, but my love for traveling and helping build dreams remains intact. In these couple of weeks I have noticed that, despite the fact that the work of agents specialized in Disney & Universal is increasingly recognized, there are still many travelers who are not clear about what a travel planning does and sometimes find it incomprehensible what be an absolutely free service . So here I am trying to make it clear in 10 points.

The first thing you should know is that the cost for tickets, hotel or a package (tickets + hotel) is exactly the same as what the official Disney websites offer (be it Disney World, Disneyland California or Disneyland Paris).
1. I will make hotel reservations , explaining the differences between a Disney hotel and a good neighbor hotel and thus make the best choice for you.
2. I will be in charge of purchasing tickets for the theme parks (including the option of their water parks) explaining to you what you will find in each one: attractions, type of restaurants, shows, parades and encounters with characters.
3. I will show you how to link your tickets to theDisney appand link a payment method.
4. I will tell you about extras that Disney offers at an additional cost to make your experience more pleasant: Park Hopper, Dining Plans, Genie+, Lightning Lane, Memoria Maker, VIP Tours and Special Events, which I can book for you.
5. I will make reservations for Disney restaurants that require it: table service restaurants, signature restaurants and those that offer character meals, detailing what they consist of,
6. I will teach you how to use the Disney application so that you can guide yourself in the parks, know the waiting times, times of parades, shows and encounters with characters, use mobile order and learn how to make virtual lines that some attractions require.
7. I will explain to you how the free Disney transportation works: skyliner, buses, monorail, boats and ferry to get you from the Disney hotel to the parks, to Disney Springs, between parks and from hotel to hotel.
8. If a promotion arises that applies to your trip , I will apply it so that you obtain a greater benefit.
9. I will share my tips and specific recommendations so that you can optimize your visit to the maximum and enjoy your trip.
